Reposición de attachments
En ocasiones, en las revisiones durante el tratamiento con alineadores podemos encontrarnos que algún attachment se desprende del diente correspondiente, ante lo cual debemos valorar si es necesario reponerlo o no, dependiendo de que haya cumplido su función. Esto lo podemos verificar revisando la secuencia de movimientos.
En este caso durante la primera fase sólo se realizan movimientos en sectores posteriores, por lo que los anteriores no serían imprescindibles, y viceversa.
